Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

- Manage a client caseload, developing trusting relationships while adhering to the highest standards of professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conduct regular meetings to assess client progress, assess stability, and strategize appropriate discharge planning when applicable.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client notes, treatment plans, and progress to meet organizational standards.
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients to gather relevant background information and understand their unique needs.
- Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, tailored to the specific goals outlined in the treatment plan.
- Engage in ongoing individual supervision, participating in professional growth opportunities and peer collaboration.
- Work closely with other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support system for each client.

- A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

- Proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and the delivery of individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
