Role Description The CNA/HHA role is a full-time, on-site position located in Batangas, providing direct in-home support to clients in alignment with Cape Senior Home Healthcare’s standards of care. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, as well as providing personal care and basic patient care. The role involves offering companionship, monitoring client well-being, and reporting changes in condition to supervisory staff. The CNA/HHA will help with meal preparation, medication reminders as directed, light housekeeping, and support with ambulation and transfers to promote safety and independence. The caregiver is expected to maintain accurate documentation, follow care plans, and collaborate effectively with families and the care team.\n
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Home Care and Personal Care to support clients safely and respectfully in their homes.
  • \n

  • Candidates should possess skills in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Patient Care, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and basic health monitoring.
  • \n

  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals and to report observations accurately.
  • \n

  • Formal CNA or HHA training/certification and relevant local licensure or credentials are preferred.
  • \n

  • Previous experience in home health, senior care, or related care settings is beneficial.
  • \n

  • Ability to work on-site in Batangas, follow care plans, maintain professional boundaries, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
  • \n

  • Reliability, compassion, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
