A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in East Boston is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join its clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RD/RDN who enjoys working directly with residents and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition care plans.

Monitor residents’ nutritional status and make recommendations as needed.

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals.

Provide nutrition education and guidance to residents and families.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Help promote residents’ overall health, wellness, and quality of life.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field

Active Massachusetts RD/RDN license
-
Minimum 6 months of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience

Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and resident care

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
