Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent
Job Description
Job Description
Andersen Group Realty is a top-producing real estate team in Greater Boston, recognized as the #1 Keller Williams team in Massachusetts (2022–2023) with over $1B in closed sales and 1,300+ families served. We are hiring motivated real estate agents who want a clear path to consistent closings, strong training, and a six-figure income. This role is for agents who want structure, accountability, and volume. Not a solo, figure-it-out-yourself environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
- Host 4–6 open houses per week using our proven systems
- Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
- Convert in-person conversations into appointments and active clients
- Write and negotiate offers in competitive markets
- Follow defined scripts and workflows for lead intake and follow-up
- Work directly with leadership on deal strategy and execution
How You’ll Get Business:
We do not rely on cold calling lists or vague “networking.”
Our team runs open houses at scale:
- Up to 50 open houses per week across the team
- 1–2 meaningful conversations per open house
- 8–12 new buyer leads per agent per week, on average
This is face-to-face business with motivated buyers.
Training Support:
Every agent receives structured, in-person training, including:
- Required roleplay and scripting sessions in the office
- Weekly sales training every Wednesday
- Required in-office sales meetings focused on execution
- Step-by-step training on:
- Lead intake and appointment setting
- Buyer consultations
- Showing property the right way
- Selling yourself during the consult
- Offer strategy and negotiation
For your first three transactions, you work one-on-one with Sven Andersen, President CEO, with over 20 years of industry experience. You also receive full access to Keller Williams’ training library for top-producing agents.
Operational Support Provided:
- Listing Coordinator support
- Dedicated Transaction Coordinator handling contracts through close
- Marketing, design, and operational systems already in place
Your focus stays on clients and revenue-generating activity.
Compensation:
- Commission-based
- Average agent income: north of $120,000 per year
- Minimum performance expectation: 12 closed transactions per year
High performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed this.
Who This Is For:
- Licensed real estate agents
- Coachable, competitive, and comfortable speaking with people in person
- Agents who want structure, training, and accountability
- Professionals seeking long-term growth, not a side hustle
Who This Is Not For:
- Agents looking for a purely remote or hands-off role
- Those unwilling to work open houses
- Anyone not open to scripts, roleplay, and feedback
