Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs, employing standardized assessment tools and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities that best suit their unique situations, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.

  • Facilitate client progress by regularly reviewing therapy goals and adjusting treatment plans to ensure clients are on track toward achieving their desired outcomes.

  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and team meetings to stay current on best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

  • An active LCMHC license in Vermont.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
