Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs, employing standardized assessment tools and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities that best suit their unique situations, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.
- Facilitate client progress by regularly reviewing therapy goals and adjusting treatment plans to ensure clients are on track toward achieving their desired outcomes.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and team meetings to stay current on best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

- An active LCMHC license in Vermont.

- A demonstrated capacity for independent work as well as collaboration with other mental health professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
