Job DescriptionColumbia Auto Body is a busy, fast-paced collision repair facility seeking a motivated and dependable Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raynham. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys multitasking. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone</li>
<li>Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries</li>
<li>Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and repair status</li>
<li>Assist appraisers with paperwork and administrative tasks</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and maintain customer records</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process</li>
<li>Support daily front office operations and maintain an organized workspace</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Previous customer service experience required</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Proficient with computers and office software</li>
<li>Knowledge of CCC One is a huge plus</li>
<li>Bilingual in Portuguese is a bonus</li>
