Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy certification required
- Experience working with school-based populations (grades 1, 2, and 5 strongly preferred)
- Ability to travel between Keene and Surry sites
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage schedules and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility and a student-centered problem-solving mindset
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy (OT) services in 30-minute sessions, following outlined frequency for each campus
- Conduct regular student and staff consultations in alignment with service minute requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and caregivers to address students’ unique needs and support academic success
- Document session notes, progress, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Help develop and implement individualized intervention strategies
