Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's unique situation.
- Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their specific mental health goals and preferences, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Deliver educational support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.
- Regularly monitor client progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to respond to changing client needs.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients facing multifaceted challenges.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continuously improve therapeutic practices and outcomes.
