Job Title: Dental Assistant — Marblehead, MA (Will Train)

About Us: Marblehead Smile Design and Family Dental is a growing practice built on a patient-first philosophy and a close-knit team culture. We're looking for a dental assistant ready to grow with us — experienced or just starting out. On-the-job training provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist chairside during a variety of procedures
- Prep and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and process X-rays (training provided if not yet certified)
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
- Support smooth day-to-day flow alongside our clinical and front desk team
Qualifications:
- Dental assistant certification/license preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
- X-ray certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and genuine care for patients
