Thacher Montessori School | Hiring Classroom Assistants (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Thacher Montessori School is seeking warm, dependable classroom assistants to join our collaborative Montessori community just outside Boston. We offer a joyful, child-centered environment where staff are valued partners in supporting independence, curiosity, and growth.
Salary: $24 per hour – $28 per hour (based on education and experience)
We are looking for candidates who:
• Enjoy working with children and respect their independence
• Bring a caring, professional presence and willingness to learn
• Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or Montessori experience (preferred)
Responsibilities include supporting classroom activities, preparing materials, assisting with student focus and conflict resolution, and helping maintain an organized learning environment. Positions follow the school-year calendar. Full-time roles include benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
