Hotel Maintenance Engineer - Sheraton Springfield Hotel (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
- Assist in emergency repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or engineering, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
