Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) - Join Our Team!
At RegalCare at Taunton, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and residents in a comfortable and home-like setting. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis, including per diem opportunities on all three shifts.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to our patients and residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and medical treatments

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control and safety protocols

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:

Valid MA CNA certificate in good standing

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Pass a background check and pre-employment screening

Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (as required by RegalCare)
