Job Description

Make a meaningful impact working with students as a Registered Behavior Technician during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and is based near Salem, NH. Qualified RBTs will collaborate with educators and specialists to support K-12 students with intensive needs.

We're seeking ten experienced Registered Behavior Technicians who have previously supported students in a school setting. There are full-time openings, with schedules ranging from 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week. Your experience will help create a positive learning environment, implementing behavior intervention plans and fostering student success.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
Previous experience in a school setting is mandatory
Knowledge of ABA therapy and behavior intervention strategies
Ability to manage a K-12 caseload with a focus on intensive student needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Support classroom teachers and related service providers
Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress
Communicate regularly with supervisors and parents about student needs and progress
Use de-escalation and positive reinforcement techniques
Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
