Make a meaningful impact working with students as a Registered Behavior Technician during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and is based near Salem, NH. Qualified RBTs will collaborate with educators and specialists to support K-12 students with intensive needs.
We're seeking ten experienced Registered Behavior Technicians who have previously supported students in a school setting. There are full-time openings, with schedules ranging from 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week. Your experience will help create a positive learning environment, implementing behavior intervention plans and fostering student success.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Previous experience in a school setting is mandatory
- Knowledge of ABA therapy and behavior intervention strategies
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload with a focus on intensive student needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support classroom teachers and related service providers
- Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and parents about student needs and progress
- Use de-escalation and positive reinforcement techniques
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
