Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavior guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete necessary documentation promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in alignment with clinical team's best practices to evaluate client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and overall well-being.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining a standard of excellence in service delivery.

• Act as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client needs and uphold program integrity.

• Maintain open communication with all stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and advance the agency’s mission.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote program initiatives and explore partnership opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences relevant to mental health and counseling.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking emotional support, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients facing developmental challenges. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating effective counseling and therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is a mandatory requirement for this role.
