Role description:

ADPS is looking for a Capital Project Scheduler for a client in Norwood, MA. This role will scheduling experience in a biotech/pharma environment and will require onsite 5 days a week.


Responsibilities

  • Project Planning, preparation and maintenance of the overall Project Schedule including Engineering, Procurement, Construction and CQV activities leading to Operational Readiness
  • It is a plus that the Scheduler has knowledge of the above areas to be able to challenge durations, logic, critical path and find ways to optimize the Schedule.
  • Conduct meetings that are related to planning and schedule activities
  • Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Identifying potential delays and implementing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Assigning resources effectively across all project phases to optimize efficiency.
  • Tracking milestones and providing updates to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Maintaining records of schedules, changes, and approvals for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Strong communication skills

Skills And Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project scheduling experience
  • A BS degree in Engineering, Construction management, or Business related discipline.
  • Direct experience with scheduling of Equipment Supply, Construction and/or start-up of Manufacturing Facility projects is required.
  • Biotech or Pharmaceutical Scheduling experience is required
