ACLS

40hr days with variable start times, 4x10hr shifts.
Endoscopy experience preferred.

Must have a professional nursing license valid in Massachusetts (no conditional licenses accepted).
Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
Completion of MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation required before onboarding.
Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing score within 365 days required.
Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions.
TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
Education verification required through background check company.
Social Security Number trace required with criminal check.
National Sex Offender Check required within 30 days of start and updated annually.
Exclusion checks required within 30 days of start and annually.

40 hours per week, day shifts with variable start times.
Schedule consists of 4 shifts of 10 hours each.

MGB IRP Resume and Evaluation are optional credentials.
License/Certificate Verification is optional for submission but required for onboarding.
Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred but optional.
Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration.
Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
MGB TB Symptom Survey required if positive PPD, updated annually.
