Job Description
Seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to oversee and drive execution of clinical studies within a broader program. This role blends hands-on trial management with strategic program-level leadership to ensure efficient study delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day clinical trial operations and timelines
- Oversee CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Manage study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Support study startup, regulatory documentation, and data management
- Contribute to program strategy and operational planning
- Drive study progress, performance metrics, and reporting
Qualifications:
- BS in Life Sciences or healthcare (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years in clinical research (pharma/biotech/CRO)
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines
- Proven leadership and project management skills
