Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: Emergency Physician

Our organization is currently looking for a full-time emergency physician to join our faculty at the Southbridge and Webster locations within our Emergency Department. This role is part of a dynamic team that handles a combined total of 43,000 emergency department visits annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality emergency care in a fully democratic, physician-led practice.
  • Manage a patient load of 2.0 to 2.5 patients per hour, leading to exceptional RVU entitlements.
  • Participate in a quarterly incentive plan that enhances overall compensation.
  • Work in a collaborative environment with standardized clinical practices and integrated electronic health records (EHR) to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Support and mentor advanced health practitioners within a layered staffing model.
  • Engage in continuing medical education funded by the organization.
  • Contribute to the growth of our emergency medicine network.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Completion of residency training in Emergency Medicine.
  • Board eligible or certified in Emergency Medicine.
  • Possession of a valid Massachusetts state medical license.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $285,000 to $375,000.
