SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Newton, MA. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are ready to provide quality in-home support and are available for long-hour shifts.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

Follow individual care plans and daily routines
-
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
-
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
