PARALEGAL
Manchester firm seeks experienced paralegal for our growing family law practice.
Full-Time | In-Office | Manchester, New Hampshire
A well-established family law firm in Manchester, New Hampshire is seeking a skilled and dedicated paralegal to join our close-knit legal team. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, parenting plans, and other family law documents
* Manage and organize case files from intake through resolution
* Coordinate discovery, including gathering and organizing, analyzing and synthesizing financial records and supporting documentation
* Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
* Calendar deadlines, hearings, and appointments using case management software
* Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials
* Conduct legal research and summarize findings as directed
* Maintain strict confidentiality in all client matters
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in family law, preferably in New Hampshire
* Familiarity with NH family court procedures and rules
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with poise
* Empathy and professionalism when working with clients in sensitive circumstances
* A desire to make a difference
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. We also offer performance-based bonuses. This job may be salary or we would consider hourly for the right candidate who is seeking la stepped -down schedule.
