Job Description
Job DescriptionAbout Us
Crossroads PT & Wellness is a family-run, therapist-owned practice built on connection, compassion, and quality care. We take pride in our small-town feel and community-centered approach, providing one-on-one treatment for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. Every visit matters here — not just for our patients, but for our team.
We’re currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for both full-time (~36 clinical hours/week) and part-time (10–25 hours/week) opportunities.
At Crossroads, quality always comes before volume. Follow-up visits are scheduled every 45 minutes to allow the time needed for thoughtful care and genuine relationships. Clinicians are also given protected documentation time to support work-life balance — because your well-being is essential to ours.
Why Join Us?
- Family-owned, clinician-led: Decisions are made by therapists who understand the work.
- Supportive, growth-oriented culture: Mentorship and collaboration are part of our daily rhythm.
- Community-focused mission: We value relationships over numbers — both with patients and colleagues.
- Convenient location: Just 35 minutes west of Boston with commuter rail access nearby.
What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized physical therapy plans of care in 45-minute treatment blocks.
- Complete documentation efficiently with time built into your schedule.
- Engage in continuing education and professional growth to maintain an active MA PT license.
What We’re Looking For
- DPT required; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Strong foundation in exercise science — personal training experience a plus.
- A team player who values communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
- Comfort using EMR systems and technology for documentation and communication.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
- Quarterly bonus based on documentation efficiency.
- 1 hour/day of dedicated documentation time built into your schedule.
- 401(k) with 3% company match.
- Continuing education stipend to support growth and licensure.
- Paid holiday break (Dec 24–Jan 2) annually.
- PTO and supportive work-life balance.
If you’re a compassionate, motivated clinician looking to grow within a tight-knit, community-based team, we’d love to meet you.
