Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Andover, MA 01810
Pay Rate: $37 per hour
Shift: 8am-8pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight team in Andover, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients during the night shift, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Monitor, document, and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care

Uphold all facility policies and comply with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the State of Massachusetts (in good standing)

Current BLS/CPR certification

Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a clinical setting preferred

Excellent communication, observation, and time management skills

Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently overnight
Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time or part-time availability on the 8a-8p

$37 per hour
