As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll engage with diverse student populations at Gathering Waters and Surry Village campuses—conveniently located just 15 minutes apart. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff and families, providing essential direct intervention and consultative services for students in grades 1 through 5. The contract involves fulfilling approximately 110 service hours throughout the remainder of the school year, with a mixture of consultative and hands-on support tailored to student needs.
Qualifications
- Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy certification required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability for multi-site service delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct OT interventions according to individualized education plans
- Provide consultative support to teachers and support staff throughout both charter school campuses
- Maintain clear documentation of student progress and related service minutes
- Develop therapeutic strategies for students ranging from grade 1 through grade 5
- Collaborate with the director to create a schedule that best serves student and school needs
