About the Company:
A leading national provider of fire, security, and communication systems is seeking experienced Security Technicians to join its growing team. The company specializes in the design, installation, service, and maintenance of systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire protection across commercial and industrial facilities.


Position Overview:
We’re looking for skilled Security Technicians with experience in installation, service, and maintenance of low-voltage security systems. Technicians will be responsible for system setup, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, maintain, and test Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Pull and terminate cable, mount devices, and connect panels per specifications.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide detailed documentation of work performed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, contractors, and customers to complete projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs.
  • Support on-call rotations as needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience installing or servicing low-voltage or electronic security systems.
  • State Class D Low Voltage License (or ability to obtain).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts.
