Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-3 students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, totaling 32.5 hours per week. The assignment begins August 31st and concludes June 24th, providing the chance to make a meaningful impact across an entire academic year.

Essential Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and ABA training
Proven experience working in a school-based environment, specifically with younger elementary-age students
Comfortable collaborating within a school district setting and adapting to district protocols
Ability to address the needs of the assigned caseload efficiently and with compassion
High school diploma required; paraprofessionals are not eligible
Reliable transportation and minimal commute are essential
Must complete district fingerprinting for onboarding
BT candidates are strongly preferred; RBT candidates should note that supervision is not provided by the district

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized behavioral interventions and support for K-3 students utilizing ABA best practices
Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement student behavior plans
Collect and document data on student progress and report findings to relevant educational staff
Maintain clear, professional communication while being responsive to the needs of the school community
