Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-3 students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, totaling 32.5 hours per week. The assignment begins August 31st and concludes June 24th, providing the chance to make a meaningful impact across an entire academic year.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and ABA training
  • Proven experience working in a school-based environment, specifically with younger elementary-age students
  • Comfortable collaborating within a school district setting and adapting to district protocols
  • Ability to address the needs of the assigned caseload efficiently and with compassion
  • High school diploma required; paraprofessionals are not eligible
  • Reliable transportation and minimal commute are essential
  • Must complete district fingerprinting for onboarding
  • BT candidates are strongly preferred; RBT candidates should note that supervision is not provided by the district

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized behavioral interventions and support for K-3 students utilizing ABA best practices
  • Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement student behavior plans
  • Collect and document data on student progress and report findings to relevant educational staff
  • Maintain clear, professional communication while being responsive to the needs of the school community
