About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Creative Development Child Center as a SEPTEMBER Child Care Teacher! This exciting role offers the opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds in a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding child care.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and environments.
