Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a high-acuity Emergency Department position requiring at least 2 years of ED or ICU experience.

  • Large, high-acuity Emergency Department with 118 beds
  • \n

  • Highly diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level patients
  • \n

  • Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
  • \n

  • NOC shift, 3x12s or 4x12s, 19:00-07:30
  • \n

  • 36 hours per week with 30-minute meal breaks
  • \n

  • No on-call requirements
  • \n

Requirements\n

    \n
  • Active MA RN license required
  • \n

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • \n

  • Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience required, post-orientation
  • \n

  • Strong critical care skills and adaptability required
  • \n

  • Must be comfortable managing complex, unstable, and mixed-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
