Step into a rewarding hybrid Resource/General Education teaching position supporting elementary learners in a dynamic school environment near Manchester, NH. You’ll take the lead in guiding a manageable caseload of 10–15 students, focusing primarily on direct resource instruction for 3rd graders. Flexibility is essential: you’ll expand your expertise by providing both push-in and pull-out support to students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades, responding seamlessly to evolving classroom needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver specialized instructional support for students, utilizing a combination of push-in and pull-out formats
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and school leaders to align instructional strategies and foster an inclusive culture
- Adapt teaching approaches to effectively reach small groups or individual students at various grade levels
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and proactively advocate for student success and resources
- Continuously monitor and document student progress, adjusting supports as needed
