Position Overview:
We are hiring Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in daily resident care activities.

Deliver patient-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Administer medications, treatments, wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.

Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes, reporting updates to physicians and families.

Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and care planning.

Ensure all care provided aligns with Pleasant View Center’s standards of excellence.
Job Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure).

CPR certification required.

Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Part-Time Shift Details:

Part-time schedules available on weekdays, weekends, or evenings.

Flexible 8-hour and 12-hour shift options.
