We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Kensington, Maryland. Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

Carry out treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist

Provide therapeutic exercises and functional activities tailored to patient needs
-
Assist with gait, mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional training
-
Monitor patient responses and communicate relevant changes to the supervising PT
-
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety

Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
-
Collaborate with PTs and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation and celebrate meaningful progress
-
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient-centered care
Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
-
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative clinical team
