Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting located in Adams, MA. This position involves providing specialized speech and language services primarily to elementary students, supporting their communication development and academic success throughout the school year under a contract arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in grades Pre-K through 5th.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to foster supportive learning environments.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services in compliance with school and district policies.
  • Participate in meetings, staff development, and case conferences as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working as an SLP in a school setting with K-12 students, especially elementary grades.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and adapting services accordingly.

Location: Adams, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
Caseload: Elementary grades Pre-K to 5th at Crosby Elementary or similar school environment
Salary: Competitive rates for qualified SLPs (specifics withheld)
