Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and repair of commercial properties. This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections, including identifying and addressing roof issues and other structural concerns.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, providing excellent customer service and timely responses to maintenance requests.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and costly repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage budgets and maintenance records as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial property management or facilities maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $85,000 annually.
