Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Maintain the safety and security of Canyon Ranch property, guests, and staff.
- Monitor and manage the security gate, screen vehicles, and greet guests professionally.
- Operate security systems and surveillance equipment to ensure effective oversight.
- Patrol the property on foot and by vehicle to identify and address potential safety concerns.
- Investigate lost and found items, ensuring prompt return to guests, including packaging and shipping when needed.
- Respond to medical and other emergency situations efficiently and appropriately.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Available Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 1–2 years of prior related work experience.
- At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.

PAY RANGE:
$19.00 - $19.76 / hour
