Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Crossroad Behavioral Health Clinic, you will be integral to our clinical team. You will:

- Provide therapy to couples, families, and individuals, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to address a variety of issues, including conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to major life transitions like separation or divorce.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring that they are actively engaged in their healing process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with clinic standards and ethical guidelines.
- Engage with community resources and support networks to enhance client outcomes and promote their overall wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will work predominantly with adults and children/adolescents, addressing concerns such as alcohol abuse, medical issues, and communication difficulties within families. Compensation and Benefits\n
