Pharmacist – Long-Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy

13-Week Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

RPh on the Go is seeking a licensed Massachusetts Pharmacist for a Long-Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy in North Andover, MA. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with the intent of direct hire. We are seeking pharmacists who are passionate about providing safe, accurate medication services to long-term care patients.

Schedule:
• Rotating 1st and 2nd shifts
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Rotating weekends required

Pharmacy Environment:
• Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Mail Order Pharmacy
• Frameworks pharmacy system

Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret physician medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
• Verify and dispense medications in a high-volume LTC mail order setting
• Maintain and update patient medication profiles
• Conduct medication regimen reviews and identify potential drug therapy concerns
• Monitor therapeutic outcomes and resolve medication-related issues
• Verify orders, manage workflow queues, and support accurate prescription processing
• Assist with adherence monitoring and medication management initiatives

Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License
• Recent pharmacy experience in Retail, Long-Term Care, or similar pharmacy setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• PharmD preferred but not required
