Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Area
Full Time- On-site
On behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly growing plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to manage a diverse caseload, take ownership of cases from intake through resolution, and contribute to a dynamic, client-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trial Advocacy: Represent clients in court, delivering persuasive arguments and achieving successful outcomes.
- Negotiations: Secure favorable settlements through strong negotiation and case strategy.
- Case Management: Handle a full docket of personal injury matters independently, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and support legal staff to foster growth and maintain high performance.
- Client Relations: Communicate regularly and compassionately with clients, providing clear guidance throughout their case.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, including trial and negotiation work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads independently.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (ability to waive into Connecticut is a plus).
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about client advocacy and achieving justice.
