Qualifications:
- Active and current Massachusetts OT (MA OT) license required
- Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare occupational therapy settings preferred
- Demonstrated competency with K-12 student populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative approach to working with interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students, addressing fine/gross motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive strategies
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to promote student success in academic and daily living skills
- Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers as needed
- Commit to an 8-hour workweek across one scheduled day
