Qualifications:

  • Active and current Massachusetts OT (MA OT) license required
  • Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare occupational therapy settings preferred
  • Demonstrated competency with K-12 student populations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students, addressing fine/gross motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive strategies
  • Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to promote student success in academic and daily living skills
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers as needed
  • Commit to an 8-hour workweek across one scheduled day
