Location: Middleborough, MA Area
Pay: $48.80–$59.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Full School Year
Caseload: PreK–3rd Grade

Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, staff, and student support teams
- Develop and monitor behavior intervention strategies
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze student data
- Provide recommendations based on student needs and behavioral data
- Collaborate with educators and other school-based professionals
- Support staff in implementing effective behavioral interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Provide guidance and training related to behavioral strategies and interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with PreK-3 students preferred
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong behavioral assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively consult with teachers and school personnel
