A full-time Physical Therapist position is available at a school in Springfield, MA. This contract role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, aligning with typical school hours, making it an ideal opportunity for those experienced in pediatric and school-based physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of 7-8 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor and document students’ progress in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials suitable for school-based services.
• Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage a caseload and maintain organized documentation.
• Commitment to student-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 30-35 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 3:20 pm.
