Ideal applicants bring expertise in delivering tiered interventions and leading Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum, as well as guiding students working toward their Individualized Education Program (IEP) counseling goals. Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified or licensed as a School Psychologist
  • Minimum of three years’ relevant experience, preferably in a school setting
  • Background supporting students facing behavioral, mental health, social, and emotional challenges
  • Demonstrated skill with tiered interventions and implementing SEL programs
  • Experience delivering counseling services for students with IEP counseling goals
  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or closely related field preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students with behavioral, mental health, or emotional needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design and monitor effective interventions
  • Lead implementation of SEL curriculum schoolwide and support staff with best practices
  • Evaluate student progress toward counseling goals, updating IEPs and documentation as required
  • Facilitate functional behavior assessments and participate in behavioral intervention planning
  • Serve as a key resource for crisis intervention, prevention strategies, and mental health awareness
