Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related area will be prioritized.
- Proven expertise in mental health counseling, particularly in individual and group therapy settings.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices related to a variety of mental health disorders and therapeutic frameworks.
- Exemplary communication skills, characterized by empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
