Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center | Derry, NH $42–$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. You'll support residents as they work through changes in communication, thinking, or swallowing, with treatment focused on their everyday needs.
What You'll Do

Assess residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
</li>
<li>
Develop treatment goals and provide individualized therapy
</li>
<li>
Share practical strategies with residents, families, and care staff
</li>
<li>
Monitor progress and keep clinical documentation current
</li>

Qualifications
