Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs, ensuring thorough understanding of their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrable expertise in therapeutic techniques and a commitment to client-centered care.

• Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

• Clear professional record; no history of disciplinary actions on record.
