\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n
\nProvide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients\n
\n
\nDiagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions\n
\n
\nPerform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits\n
\n
\nDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans\n
\n
\nCollaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed\n
\n
\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
\n
\nEducate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention\n
\n
\nParticipate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives\n
\n
\nSchedule & Work Environment\n
\n
\nMonday–Friday schedule (no or minimal weekends, depending on practice)\n
\n
\nOutpatient-focused practice\n
\n
\nSupport from experienced clinical and administrative staff\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\nMD or DO from an accredited medical school\n
\n
\nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine\n
\n
\nEligible for or currently holding a Massachusetts medical license\n
\n
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\n
\n
