Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven expertise in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and customizing treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, establishing rapport and trust with clients to facilitate effective therapy.
