Job DescriptionMindful Connections Behavioral Consulting & Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and energetic Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Attend required training and supervision.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
