As a Speech-Language Pathologist on contract, you will bring your passion for helping children reach their communication potential to a school setting near Holden, MA. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive and engaging atmosphere for learning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred, CFY welcome with relevant experience
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and participate in IEP meetings
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop individualized therapy plans addressing student-specific goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate on adjustments as needed
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain thorough and timely records as required by school and state standards
