Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred, CFY welcome with relevant experience
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and participate in IEP meetings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized therapy plans addressing student-specific goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate on adjustments as needed
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough and timely records as required by school and state standards
