Your Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities

Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Keep the care team informed about changes in clients' needs or condition
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
