Janitorial Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness of commercial and residential facilities according to company standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow established health and safety protocols at all times
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently within scheduled hours
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work evening hours, approximately 32 hours per week
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites in Medway, MA
