We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major marketing integration initiative within a growing U.S. Wealth Management business.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Lead and coordinate marketing integration projects and workstreams</li>
\n
<li>Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive status updates</li>
\n
<li>Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Technology, Compliance, and external vendors</li>
\n
<li>Support commercialization efforts, brand awareness campaigns, and advisor engagement initiatives</li>
\n
<li>Assist with integrated marketing programs across digital, email, social media, events, PR, and paid media</li>
\n</ul>
\n
 
\n
Requirements:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>5+ years of Project Management experience</li>
\n
<li>Experience supporting marketing programs within Wealth Management or Investment Management firms</li>
\n
<li>Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills</li>
\n
<li>Experience with integrations, transformations, or large-scale business initiatives preferred</li>
\n
<li>Workfront experience highly preferred</li>
\n
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills</li>
\n</ul>
